Pete’s Place – Affordable Living in Rockhampton

Pete’s Place offers friendly and safe budget shared living, right in the heart of Rockhampton, Queensland. We are located on large grounds and are a short walk to Coles, Woolworths and plenty of other shops. Our building is a secure building with a full-time on-site manager for your convenience.

Our Accommodation Includes:

• Private, furnished rooms including bed, wardrobe and fridge.
• Lots of well equipped kitchens, all with televisions in them too.
• Free Wifi (NBN) is now included
• Clean modern bathrooms
• Coin operated laundry facilities.
• Outdoor BBQ area.
• Large lounge area, with big screen TV.
• Rooms with verandas available (subject to availability).
• Walking distance to Coles, Woolworths and lots of other shops.

We only accommodate people looking for permanent lodgings. The minimum term is 4 weeks, but many people stay years.

Fresh linen is provided weekly at no extra cost and all electricity and water is covered. Pete’s Place is Centrelink Income Management approved, and with various different rooms available for between $170-$200 per week, we can certainly boast to be one of the most affordable accommodation facilities in town.
